Core Body Therapy takes therapeutic bodywork deeper than traditional injury therapy, treating
the body's connective tissue, or fascia, to better treat sprains, aches, stress injuries and the like.
In our training we will explore the healing relationship, the body's innate wisdom and its capacity
to self-correct, the spiritual dimension of bodywork, and common conditions of the myofascial and musculoskeletal system. Upon completion of all four stages of the course, the student will be knowledgeable enough to practice myofascial release. Download our course brochure.
